Why people don't get a job?

              Getting a job is not hard. Then why most of the people don’t get a job. There are different reasons for unemployment of person. But rather than different reasons for unemployment I want to share one of my experience.



              Two months ago, this thing happened with me. My friends were searching job from a year. They were applying at different places. But they didn't get a job. Because they were unable to clear all the conditions for job. Clearly I can say that, they were not able to clear the competitive exam. I checked how many places my friends had applied for the job. I found that, the place where most of the people are trying to get job my friends also tried at that place only.

               After some time, I got a job for them. One day I went to their home and told them, you will have to go outside this state for the job. Some friends were said that, they will try. Most of friends were said that, if they went there then they have to face problems. Finally, no one tried to go outside for job. They always said that, there is no job for them. But the reality was that they don't want any type of problems. They were not ready for struggle.

               They want to achieve success but without hard work, which is not possible. That's why they didn't get a job. If you get an opportunity, don't let it go. That's why I said this thing, "If you don't have the ability to achieve your goal, then don't waste your time dreaming about it".

Conclusion:

                To get a job you should have to do something for it. Job will never come to you. You should have to go for searching a job. You have to build yourself for job. You have to prove yourself you are eligible for that job. If you get an opportunity, don't let it go.
